Your SteepleOS Account Manager

Who they are, what they can and cannot see, and how to remove access.

Some churches are assigned a SteepleOS Account Manager (AM) — a member of our team who helps you set up and get the most out of your portal, like a dedicated success rep.

Where to see your AM

  • When an AM is assigned, a card appears at the top of your dashboard showing their name and contact info, so you always know exactly who has access.

What your AM can do

  • Run the onboarding wizard with you, configure settings, branding, and integrations, set up communication templates, and help diagnose issues using aggregate stats.

What your AM cannot do (hard limits)

  • They cannot view or export your giving records, cannot download your member list, cannot read private pastoral care notes, and cannot change your billing or lock you out. These walls are enforced at the system level, not just hidden in the UI.

Removing access

  1. On the dashboard AM card, click Remove access.
  2. Confirm in the dialog. Access ends immediately, our team is notified to assign a new AM if you'd like one, and the change is logged.

You're always in control. You're the owner of your portal; an Account Manager is there to help, and you can remove them at any time, no questions asked.
