Submitting Prayer & Care Requests

Request prayer

1. In the portal, go to Prayer.
2. Click New Request, write what you'd like prayer for, and choose how visible it should be (just the prayer team, or shared more widely if your church allows).
3. Submit. Your prayer team is notified.

Ask for care

1. Go to Care > Request (or "Request Care").
2. Describe what you need — a hospital visit, a meal, a conversation — and how urgent it is.
3. Submit. Your church's care team receives it and will reach out.

Privacy: care requests are confidential to your church's pastoral care team. Private pastoral notes are never visible to SteepleOS support staff.
