SteepleOS Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview
The SteepleOS Affiliate Program allows approved participants to earn commissions by referring new churches and organizations to the SteepleOS platform. By joining the program, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
The affiliate program is open to individuals and organizations who apply and are approved by SteepleOS. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a recurring commission on referred paid subscriptions.
- Commission rates are set at the time of approval and communicated in your affiliate dashboard.
- Commissions are tracked via unique referral links and codes assigned to each affiliate.
- A referral must result in a paid subscription within 90 days of the initial click to qualify.
4. Payment Terms
- Commissions are paid monthly, 30 days in arrears.
- Minimum payout threshold is $50 USD.
- Payments are made via direct deposit or PayPal, based on affiliate preference.
- Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes on commissions earned.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
- Use misleading, deceptive, or spammy marketing practices.
- Bid on SteepleOS branded keywords in paid search advertising.
- Create fake accounts or self-refer.
- Make false claims about SteepleOS features or pricing.
- Engage in cookie stuffing or any form of fraudulent tracking manipulation.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. SteepleOS reserves the right to withhold commissions if fraudulent activity is detected. Upon termination, pending commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid within 60 days.
7. Modifications
SteepleOS may modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
