Update or correct it
- Most details you can change yourself under Your Profile in the portal at any time.
Get a copy of your data
- You can request a copy of the personal data your church holds about you. The easiest path is to contact your church office, who can export your records for you.
Ask for deletion
- If you'd like your personal data removed, contact your church administrator. They handle deletion requests directly and will confirm when it's done.
Good to know: your giving and membership data belongs to your church, not to SteepleOS. SteepleOS staff cannot export your member list or read your giving history — those are walled off. See "Data Privacy & Security" for how your information is protected.
