Day 1: Branding & Identity
- Upload your church logo under Settings > General. Recommended size is 512x512 PNG with a transparent background.
- Set your primary color theme so that all member-facing pages match your branding.
- Configure your timezone and default service times.
Day 2-3: Build Your Team
- Invite your core staff under Admin > Add User. Assign each person an appropriate role (Church Admin, Financial Admin, or General Staff).
- Have each team member log in and complete their profile so the directory looks populated from day one.
Day 4-5: Create Your First Event
- Go to Events > New Event and create your upcoming Sunday service.
- Enable check-in if you plan to track attendance.
- Add any recurring schedule (weekly, bi-weekly) so future services auto-generate.
Day 6-7: Send Your First Communication
- Navigate to Communications > New Broadcast.
- Draft a welcome message announcing SteepleOS to your congregation.
- Preview the email, then schedule it or send immediately.
- Verify delivery by checking the send report under Communications > History.
