Why Don't I See a Feature?

Your church's tools can be tailored — here's why a feature might be turned off.

If a feature you expected isn't showing in your sidebar, there are two likely reasons:

1. It's tailored to your church

During onboarding, your SteepleOS contact may turn off features your church doesn't need, so your team only sees the tools that matter to you. A small church might have streaming or missions hidden, for example, to keep things simple.

This never changes your price — your plan and billing stay exactly the same. If you'd like a hidden feature turned back on, just ask your SteepleOS contact (or support) and it can be re-enabled in seconds.

2. It's not part of your plan

Some features belong to higher plans or optional add-on modules. If a feature shows a lock or an upgrade prompt, it's available on a different plan — visit Billing to see what's included where, or contact us about adding just the module you want.

Either way, nothing is permanently off-limits. Reach out and we'll get you set up with exactly what your church needs.
