Tasks & the Follow-up Inbox

One place for everything waiting on your staff — manual tasks, follow-ups, and care.

The Tasks view unifies the work waiting on your team so nothing gets lost across modules.

Your tasks

  1. Go to Tasks to see items assigned to you and your team, pulled from three sources:
    • Manual tasks you or a leader created
    • Follow-ups generated by the guest journey and workflows
    • Care tasks from open care/prayer requests
  2. Mark a task complete, reassign it, or add a note as you work it.

Operations view (admins)

  • Admin > Operations > Tasks gives leaders a roll-up across the whole church.
  • Admin > Operations > Exceptions surfaces things that need attention — failed donations, bounced messages, stale draft batches, and open volunteer shifts — so you can clear problems proactively.

Tip: check the Follow-up Inbox at the start of each week; it's the fastest way to see everyone your church owes a touch.
